How to buy

Access to the shop
You can access our catalogue from any page of this website through the “Shop” access located in the top menu on the right. Once inside the catalogue, you can access each of the brands and formats through the menus located on the left side of the catalogue, below the login.

Prices
All the products we offer in our catalogue are marked with a price including 5% VAT. The price is always located below the picture of the product, and corresponds to the minimum order quantity established for that product.
Product information.
It is possible to access the details of each product by clicking on its image. In the detail of each product, we will show you a brief description of the product, as well as its varieties and a summary of the tasting notes.

Add products to the basket
You can add products directly to the basket from the cart icon located in the top right corner of the page. Likewise, if you have decided to enter to view the details, you have an “add to cart” button along with a counter that allows you to modify the units.

Confirming an Order
To confirm an order, click on the basket in the top right hand corner of the catalogue and follow two simple steps:

Step 1. From this page you will be able to view, modify or delete the items added in the summary box. Fill in the billing information and shipping address, (the fields marked with * are mandatory).
Step 2. Once the shipping costs have been calculated, the above summary table appears here. Then you can choose the method of payment: Bank card or cash and once confirmed the legal notice, place the order.

Confirmed Payment
Once payment of your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. We will begin the preparation and dispatch of your order, and will inform you when it has been dispatched.

Payment method

Credit card
To pay for your order by credit or debit card, we will ask you to enter your card details after confirmation of your order.

You can use the following cards:

In all cases you must enter the 16 digits of your credit card without spaces, the month and year of expiry, as well as the 3-digit validation code (CVV) located on the front of your card.
Before confirming your order, you will be asked to verify your credit card password using the “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode” procedures.
We inform our customers that, in accordance with the protection of the confidentiality of personal data, Almazara Molino del Motroton Coop.V. does not have access to your credit card details.

 

Return conditions

Returns
All our extra virgin olive oils are of superior quality and certified under strict control of the traceability of the process. However, if you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return it. The costs of delivery and receipt in the event of return shall be borne by the customer.

The product to be returned must be sent to the following address:

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition; with the guarantee seal unaltered and in its original packaging if it is a gift box. Once the product has been received at the Almazara Molino del Motroton Coop.V. facilities, and once its condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded.

Damaged deliveries
In all cases, the return of erroneous shipments or defective products will be accepted, with Almazara Molino del Motroton Coop.V. being responsible for all transport costs. This circumstance must be communicated by the purchaser, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, to the e-mail address almazara@almazara.es or telephone number 962527214.

 

Conditions of delivery

Delivery conditions
The carrier is only obliged to deliver the shipment at street level, not being obliged to go up to the door of your home. If you refuse to pick up the order at the door of your home, the shipping and return transport costs will be at your expense and will be deducted from the refund of your purchase.

The transport company may offer you a door-to-door delivery service and you will pay for this additional service directly with the carrier.

Shipping costs
Our average delivery time for orders with delivery on the peninsula is 24-96 hours (Monday to Friday) after confirmation of payment.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the province of destination and the weight of the products in the basket.Shipping ConfirmationYou will receive an email at the address provided in the billing information, once your shipment has been dispatched.

Incidents
If it is not possible to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient or any other reason, the transport company will contact you on the telephone number you have provided in the billing information form.

You should check the condition of the shipment upon receipt and if you detect any incident (breakage, damage to packaging, …) you should indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note or not take delivery and return the shipment to the carrier indicating the reason (damage).You should also take photographs of the damage to the packaging and the goods and inform almazara@almazara.es in order to make a claim against the carrier.
